Relics, divine kingdoms, the Old Ones.
Magic, alchemy, angels.
This world is full of the uncanny. Beneath the intoxicating neon lights of Mist City, countless pairs of blood-red eyes stare coldly at the crowds passing by.
But Aize, why are you refining Foundation Establishment Pills? Isn’t this a world of magic? There’s not even any spiritual qi, so how are you cultivating immortality?
Aize transmigrated to a mysterious world carrying the finest cultivation techniques. To his surprise, he discovered that magic power could replace spiritual qi, but it only reacted with gears and machinery.
And so, the Trinity was born: cultivation, magic, and technology combined. Meridian photolithography, magic-powered dantians, mechanical flying swords, and mechanized bodies.
“I cultivate immortality, but not entirely.”
I just watched part of that one Wouldn't it be funny if you couldn't absorb the spiritual energy of heaven and earth? Was it resolved later? Why does the protagonist have to make a deal with this evil spirit? He looks unbelievable no matter what. Since you can't trust him, wouldn't it be stupid to follow his lead? You can't just follow him. If I have to wait for the protagonist's personality to change, I'm afraid I won't be able to stand it anymore. The protagonist wants to save people but doesn't save them all, and he wants to be cruel but doesn't care about them all. It looks uncomfortable.
