No Summer Lingers Behind Palace Walls

My name is Miao Xia, and I am the only Grand Princess of the Xia Dynasty.

I love red robes, I love martial arts, and I love the top scholar named Chu Yue.

But the top scholar does not love me.

There are countless good men in the world. Why should I fixate on just one?

But when I saw that white-robed scholar, who had dazzled me during the spring examination, fall from the clouds into the mud, I couldn't bring myself to turn away.

The snow seemed to have been falling for ages, the cold biting to the bone. I held out my hand, but I couldn't catch the snow, or hold on to what I wanted.

Little scholar, if you could live your life over, would you marry me?
