9.6 Rating: a Good Article About Officialdom, Not Reborn, and You Can't Stop Reading It.
I want to read a book similar to "The Official Ladder". The plot of the story is twists and turns and vivid, and the narrative is not sloppy at all. It feels that the novel is close to life and very real. What is especially commendable is that the author has a profound understanding of social reality, a good grasp of the officialdom, and a good grasp of human beings.

Some examples are very representative and teachable.
The "primacy effect" mentioned in this book resonates with me. Just like when I meet new classmates, the first impression often affects my opinion of them. But I know now that we can't make a conclusion based on the first impression alone. We need to get along with each other more and get to know each other better. This book taught me the skills of seeing through people's hearts. It also taught me that I should not be biased against others easily and should keep an open mind to understand others. I think this is very helpful for me to get along with others. I recommend everyone to read it!
