I love this book so much. Every time I watch TV series and see decent people in ancient times dying due to poverty and underdeveloped technology and economy, I think about how great it would be if they had contemporary weapons and technology. This novel really got into my heart. Of course, my favorite is the male protagonist Wu Xiaola, the sunny boy who falls flat in middle school but is always kind at heart. Everyone come and read this book!
