The Pride of the Great Qing

What do you do when you wake up as an imperial princess? And not just any princess, but one from the reign of the Kangxi Emperor of the Qing Dynasty? Mingyue's answer: Obviously, eat well, drink well, and cling to Kangxi and Yongzheng for protection. Learn some martial arts, too, so she can ignore etiquette and women's injunctions, avoid political marriage and a consort, and go out whenever she likes. Along the way, she can toy with corrupt officials, straighten out Hongli's awkward ambition to make a name for himself, tease hooligans, and chop up bandits... (Note: This is a female-led power fantasy. The story is somewhat like the Kangxi private inspection tales, with her rooting out corruption, punishing evildoers, and roaming the martial world. Its style differs a little from currently popular web novels, but the author thinks it turned out pretty well. If you enjoy this kind of story, give it a try.)
