The System Teaches Her How to Fall in Love

Bian Xi’s heart condition relapsed. When the lifeline on the monitor flattened and her heart stopped beating, she thought she was going to die. But then a miracle happened! Her lifeless heartbeat flickered, and her heart started beating again.

A miracle had happened, and she was alive again, but Bian Xi was now bound to a System.

Want to stay alive? Sure! She had to complete the System’s missions to keep her heart beating.

Main mission: Help Fu Quan get his life back on track.

Fu Quan was known by everyone as the second high school’s heartthrob and resident troublemaker, the bad student all the teachers had given up on. And the System wanted her to help him get his life back on track?

[Beep. Stop Fu Quan from skipping class!]

[Beep. Make Fu Quan memorize the Ode to the Red Cliff within three days.]

[Beep. Make Fu Quan...]

*

[Beep. Hold Fu Quan’s hand.]

…?

[Beep. Hug Fu Quan for thirty seconds.]

…??

System, you’ve gone too far! Wasn’t this about getting him back on track? Why are you making me hold his hand and hug him?

System: Falling in love is also a way to get back on track.

Bian Xi: ...I’ve already picked out the flowers I’m going to plant on my grave.

(The characters are all adults when they fall in love.)
