[About the author]
Huang Lijian, holds a master's degree in journalism from the University of Hong Kong and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) holder. He has served as a financial reporter for the Hong Kong Economic Daily and has worked for a number of listed real estate companies, engaging in investor relations, capital operations and capital market research for listed companies. He has participated in the writing of the financial best-selling book "Investment Decoded: Countermeasures under QE, Hot Money, and Inflation" (published by Hong Kong Economic Daily Press in 2011); participated in the compilation of the Yuexiu Group's development case collection "Yuexiu Thirty Years" (published by CITIC Publishing Group in 2017).
