The Way You Make My Heart Flutter

[Don’t read this!!] Art school intern Lin Jian x rebellious bad boy Chi Yao Lin Jian is a fourth-year intern. On the day she returns to her alma mater for her internship, she meets a very cool guy. As luck would have it, he’s her friend’s younger brother and a student at the school where she’s about to intern. The first time they meet is in an alley. He’s fighting, and she’s wearing a school uniform. Mistaking her for a junior from his school, he teasingly calls her “bro.” “Don’t pick on her.” The second time they meet is at school. She isn’t wearing a uniform, but she runs into him flirting with someone in the art studio. He still has no idea who she is and keeps hitting on her. “You keep showing up in front of me. What, are you into me?” Then one day, she enters through the back gate for the first time and is stopped by security. She doesn’t have her teacher ID, so they mistake her for a student who isn’t wearing a uniform. Just as Lin Jian is about to explain, an oversized school jacket lands on her shoulders. She turns around. Chi Yao’s narrow eyes are half-lidded, his gaze full of amusement. “You didn’t even bring a jacket. Nice one.” Lin Jian curls her lips into a faint smile, takes off the jacket, and hands it back. “No need, Chi Yao. I’ll call a colleague to vouch for me.” Chi Yao frowns, not quite catching her meaning, when a familiar voice comes from beside them. “Miss Lin, why aren’t you going in?” The speaker is the head of academic affairs. I’ve hidden how I feel about you for such a long, long time. [Note: The heroine has a boyfriend, and the hero has had many girlfriends before. They have a teacher-student relationship early on and become schoolmates later. Both leads are sexually inexperienced.]
