This book is really good! It explains abnormal psychology in a simple and easy-to-understand way, giving me a deeper understanding of some abnormal psychology. I especially liked the part about dissociative disorders in the book, it felt very real. I really hate characters with dissociative disorder though, their experiences are so painful. But fortunately, this book also provides some coping methods, which are quite practical. I recommend you check it out too!
