It tells the story of a ten-year-old boy [Osumi Takizawa] who is different from Ash Ketchum. He was frustrated because he was late and failed to get his first Pokémon from Dr. Oak. Then, under the guidance of the legendary Pokémon [Arzeus], he met a special Riolu, subdued it, and went on adventures together.
