Anime Crossover: Natsume's Book of Friends, Hikaru no Go, Vampire Knight, and others, with Detective Conan as the main focus.
Every fox dreams of becoming a Nine-Tailed Celestial Fox.
But this white fox, who reached the top of the pyramid the moment she was born, has no self-awareness at all. All she does each day is eat and wait to die, with none of the bearing of a Celestial Fox Queen.
So the Heavenly Dao overseeing the trials thinks this fox is unworthy of being the pet of the great god Qianye. As the second god between Heaven and Earth, surely his pet should at least be a little brave and invincible in battle, right?
Fine, if you can't manage that, go back into the furnace and get fixed up. If you can't pay for it, you can always sell yourself.
In short, out of sight, out of mind!
Besides, those great gods are busy falling in love in different worlds every day. Why would they care about a little fox like you? If anyone's to blame, it's you for being a single fox who can do nothing but play the third wheel!!!
