Great Qin: For His Disciple, Brother Zheng Must Die!

In the first year of King Zhuangxiang of Qin, the eight-year-old legitimate son of the King of Qin, Ying Zheng, and his mother were ambushed by rebel troops on their way back to Qin. Their whereabouts were unknown.

Furious, King Zhuangxiang of Qin raised an army against Zhao, and the two states became enemies.

…

In the first year of King Zhuangxiang of Qin, in a small courtyard in Haocheng, on the border of Zhao, a conversation was taking place.

“From today onward, I shall be your teacher. Remember my name: Qin Chuan!”

“Qin, as in the eight-hundred-li Qin River Valley!”

“Qin Zheng will remember your name, Teacher!”

After a simple apprenticeship ceremony, Qin Chuan looked at the child before him and felt a headache coming on.

He had just transmigrated and obtained a Destiny’s Child Cultivation System. He had planned to find Zheng-ge and help him grow, but the System had glitched and bound itself to the little brat he’d just picked up by the roadside!

What he didn’t know was that the little brat in front of him was also nursing a headache.

Ying Zheng looked at Qin Chuan, who had forcibly taken him on as a disciple, with helpless resignation. He felt that his future was bleak.

First he’d been ambushed by rebel troops, and now he’d been forcibly taken on as a disciple. When would he ever make it back to Xianyang from Zhao?
