A Secret Crush

[A dazzlingly handsome, cool, favored son of heaven x a gorgeous, stubborn “good girl” who says one thing but means another]

When Zhi Hua first met Mu Nian, he seemed familiar, but she couldn’t remember where she had seen him before.

So she decided that feeling of familiarity must mean she liked him.

She fell for him at first sight.

But he was a favored son of heaven, a rising AI star whose family owned shares in nearly every top industry. Countless people had crushes on him, openly or in secret.

He was so dazzling that she could only admire him from afar.

Until one day, Mu Nian lowered his eyes, his expression dark, and held her tightly in his arms. His words were almost reverent.

“Zhizhi, when will you finally believe that I’m pursuing you?”

Zhi Hua looked at him, stunned.

“I always thought you...”

The next second, Mu Nian pushed her against the wall and kissed her.

“Is this the only way to make you believe me?”
