Records of Folk Occult Arts

Steady by the lamp, needle in hand, I calmly watch as the corpse is divided in two.

With skillful hands, I steal from heaven and bring it back to life, threading needle and thread to restore the whole body.

One needle, one thread, one lingering soul. Seamless work, not a trace left behind.

Mending the body, restoring it as if returning it to dust: the human-skin craftsman, the corpse stitcher.

A collection of strange and wondrous tales from my time as a corpse stitcher.
