Climbing fourteen mountains with an altitude of more than 4,000 meters, crossing ten turbulent rivers, and wandering on the road for forty days and nights. This is the bicycle trip of a post-80s urban white-collar worker who is unwilling to be cramped in a cubicle - riding in Tibet. In this journey with eyes in heaven and body in hell, the author uses his personal experience to show the beautiful scenery and simple folk customs on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and also shows the inner monologue of a brave man who dares to conquer nature and fight against himself, conveying the dream of travel and the attitude towards life.

Reading this book, I feel like I am riding a bicycle, following the author's itinerary, sitting at home and enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way, as well as the pure scenery and human feelings. Who would have thought that a travel book could make me fascinated. I must ride 318 in this life.
I have read a lot of books about Tibet recently because I am particularly yearning for its beautiful scenery, tranquility, simplicity and culture, etc.! In 2016, ten of us walked to Wudaoliang. Because I was overworked and unwell, I did not go any further and turned around and returned to the Yuzhufeng training base. I have regretted it ever since. Later, due to the deafness in my left ear and other sequelae of training, I have not been able to go to Tibet, which has always been a regret! Watching them ride happily, bravely and unyieldingly in Tibet, I admire them very much and envy them very much! It reminded me of my Tibetan dream again! Take good care of your health this year and see you in Tibet next year!
The author's emotions are so delicate. He can be touched by something as small as a blade of grass or a flower. Faced with the difficulty of life and material scarcity of children in Tibetan areas, he showed his heartache. I went to Lhasa with the author.
A very good self-driving bicycle travel diary! The narrative is delicate and moving, and its perseverance is very touching. The Tibetan people's piety towards Buddhism leaves a very deep impression on people. Maybe such an attitude towards life will make people simpler and save them the endless troubles of being a human being, right?
Essential reference for cyclists
Although there is no journey of thousands of miles, the process of riding is a test of the body and will. While enjoying the beautiful scenery, the hardships and obstacles experienced are really not worth talking about. As the book says, the eyes are in heaven and the body is in hell.
The realism is good, but it's a bit too long to watch it now. It happened ten years ago. I'm not used to it now, but I can still learn from it.
During his journey in Tibet, he not only saw the beautiful scenery, but also felt the simple folk customs. The classic quote in the book "A person's life is always a long journey in pursuit of the light in life", which deeply inspired me. I also admire the author's courage and determination. This book is definitely a good gift and I recommend it to everyone!
What you see and hear, what you think and feel, are true and sincere, as well as the writing. This is a rare travel book on Sichuan and Tibet.
The vivid text descriptions and the photos carefully selected by the author, the picture scrolls with pictures and texts impact my mind, as if I have really traveled on the Sichuan-Tibet line.
There are many articles and books about riding the Sichuan-Tibet Line. The author has put his heart into it and I think it is quite readable.
Cycling is not something everyone can do
Beautiful, I like it so much
It feels as if I and the author have cycled through Tibet. I admire the author's courage. No matter how far the journey is, it can be measured with footsteps.
I'm confused. It's okay all day long. I'll read it again if I have the chance. [Shy]
