This book is very interesting, just like following the author to a Chinese medicine clinic! Not only can you learn knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine, but you can also understand the health wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine. Some of the folk recipes in the book are also very practical. It reminds me of the Huangdi Neijing, both classics of traditional Chinese medicine. Moreover, the language of this book is easy to understand and is suitable for beginners of Chinese medicine like me. "The study of medicine should start with Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and the treatment of diseases should start with energy." This sentence impressed me deeply.
