The Sage Emperor Chongzhen of the Great Ming

A soul from a later age descends upon this land, entrusted by Heaven, destined to endure and prosper. As the Son of Heaven, he must protect the people of the realm. Those who oppress the common folk or insult our country shall be killed, killed, killed. When an ordinary man is enraged, blood can flow three feet. When the Son of Heaven is enraged, a million corpses will lie in his wake.

Those wretched Manchus, those barbarians, have invaded our land and harmed our people. Then we shall revive the campaign to sweep their courts clean and leave their heads rolling in the thousands.

Those who grovel and betray their country deserve to be cut to pieces and condemned by the people. If ignorant foreign barbarians trespass against China, we shall set sail. Only through bloody battles can we grow stronger.

I thought it was all over, but it turned out to be only the beginning.
