It's good. It's short and concise. This is the first first-person narrative short supernatural novel I've read (it feels like a memoir). Overall it's pretty good. There are two key issues:
1. What is the relationship between Zhou Ting and "me"? It felt like there weren't many details to prepare for it, but feelings appeared out of nowhere. Later on, he even said: "I lost my lover and brother." I felt that the emotional line here was a bit far-fetched;
2. The author dealt with Little G too hastily. To be precise, he didn't deal with it. Didn't "I" agree to the female ghost looking for Little G? What happened to little G in the end? What is the final outcome of the female ghost? The ending is a bit rough. At first glance, it seems quite satisfactory. The old ghost is gone and the crisis is resolved. However, if you look closely, it feels like it is unfinished.
The above problems may be because I didn't read it carefully. In short, it is not easy for the author to write the entire story in just 16 chapters.
