A Lowly Official

A good fantasy novel with oriental colors! The background can be viewed here. This is the original background. It was originally going to be placed in the first chapter, but considering that some readers don't like this narrative method, it is placed here. The heaven and the earth are unkind and regard all things as stupid dogs. The saints are unkind and regard the common people as stupid dogs. Before the heaven and earth were born, the universe was in chaos, where opportunities existed, yin and yang were rotating, and laws were generated. One life, two, three, and three gave birth to all things. The heaven and the earth are created, and the laws of heaven are running and flowing, and there is no distinction at all. The ancient great power was born with the heaven and earth, comprehended the laws of heaven, and understood the origin of the Tao. After endless years, he has mastered all the laws, and his body is equal to that of heaven. They both want to act on behalf of heaven, so they attack each other. As a result, the energy of heaven and earth is disordered, and all things have no vitality. They return to chaos. However, heaven has knowledge and uses the spiritual consciousness of all things to complete its body. After a great power dies, his mind is divided into two parts: one is a god and the other is a demon. Gods and demons become one, creating a method of spiritual practice in the world and opening up a civilization of cultivation. After endless years, some gods and demons understood the laws of heaven, but after learning the lessons of ancient Hudun, they measured the laws of heaven and earth, collected gold from the void to cast the Nine Cauldrons, and formed their own laws. In the divine realm, the sky is divided into nine and the earth is divided into seven. Those above them are called nine domains, and those below them are called seven continents. Although the Divine Realm is a realm of its own, one or two of the gold from the void and the soil that has been harvested are scattered in the sky and the earth without traces. As a result, the laws are incomplete and the seven continents are unstable. The Heavenly Dao can be felt. Every 125,000 years, the Heavenly Dao enters the Divine Realm and devours the gods. This is called the "God-killing Tribulation". The gold of the void fell into the mortal world and turned into the sword of the three realms, following the rise and fall of countless strong men, but their whereabouts are unknown. The soil of resting soil fell into the mortal world, hiding the Dharma body in an unknown place, and reincarnated among living beings with spiritual wisdom. After the "God-Killing Tribulation" in the God Realm, the vitality was severely damaged, so the great god cut off the lower realm of spiritual consciousness, taught all living beings in the mortal world to practice spells, and absorbed the spiritual energy of heaven and earth to become immortals. The next "God-Killing Tribulation" comes, he will devour the consciousness of the true immortals to nourish himself. The lower realm of divine consciousness merges with all living beings in the mortal world to give birth to divine descendants. Neither divine descendants nor true immortals want to be swallowed up by the divine realm, so they unite with each other to resist the gods. After three tribulations, the immortals imitated the divine world, collected the essence of the nine states and the spirits of the five elements, built mountains and gathered together to form spirits, preached to the world, practiced and became immortals, and established thirty-six small fairy worlds. After the battle between the immortals, the immortal world was unified and divided into thirty-six heavens, competing with the divine world for the consciousness of mortal beings and the aura of heaven and earth. Some of the fairy world space was scattered throughout the mortal world after the war between the immortals, becoming fairy caves and various forbidden areas. Since then, although the nine states in the mortal world are large, their luck is thin and their spiritual energy is dim. Although they have been accumulated for tens of thousands of years, there is only a trace of spirituality hidden in the mountains, rivers and seas, and everything has withered. In the mortal world, those who have the opportunity, under the control of various immortal realms, imitate the Nine Cauldrons, seize the luck of the world, and establish states, thousands of countries, and thousands of states. Heaven and earth are unkind and regard all things as stupid dogs. Although the world of gods and immortals are transcendent from heaven and earth, they are still the same as the mortal world. Every 125,000 years, they will face catastrophes of heaven and earth. Although the divine realm has captured most of the opportunities for the laws of heaven and earth, it also accounts for the majority of the laws devoured by heaven and earth. The fairy world absorbs most of the essence of spiritual energy from all living beings in heaven and earth. Although it is against the harmony of heaven and earth, it does not exceed the laws of heaven. Therefore, every 12,500 years, the "Thunder Tribulation of Killing Immortals" falls. After becoming a god, taking charge of the laws, and perfecting the laws, they are swallowed by the law of heaven. Therefore, after a true immortal cultivates to become a god, although he can live a life span of 125,000 years, he will die when the "God-killing Tribulation" comes. If you cannot survive the Thunder Tribulation of Killing Immortals, your body will die and your spirit will disappear, and your energy and spirit will return to the mortal world. Most of the spirituality and consciousness of the mortal world have been taken away by the two realms of gods and immortals. Instead, they breed resentment such as emotions and desires, birth, old age, illness and death. The long-term deprivation of heaven will also be affected. Every twelve hundred years, murderous intent will permeate the world, and people will act rashly to kill. Those who do not have great luck cannot survive. And because the divine realm has the most opportunities to win the great road, if a great god in the divine realm goes down to the lower realm, he will be strangled by the laws of heaven and earth. He can only use his spiritual consciousness to attach all things to participate in worldly affairs, or use incense and faith to gather his shadow in the mortal world. Only then can he escape the strangulation of the laws of heaven in the mortal world. There are few opportunities to win the great road in the fairy world, so it can be connected with the lower world. However, if you use spells beyond the critical limit, thunder will fall. Since the birth of heaven and earth, there has been darkness and void accompanying it. After all things came into being, they were eroded by the influence of darkness and void, birth, old age, sickness and death, seven emotions and six desires, three disasters and six diseases, etc., And the demons of the three realms were born. If the damaged consciousness of the divine realm is scattered in the mortal realm, the sacrificial gods of the mortal realm will be generated. Water, land, vegetation, birds, animals, insects, and other spiritual creatures can also cultivate into demons and immortals if given the opportunity. People in the mortal world can practice Taoism and become immortals if they have the opportunity. In ancient times, all races were endless, with mixed spirituality and ordinary bones, but if the bloodline was awakened, there would be no limit. There are nine states in the Mortal Realm, and Shenzhou is among them, so it is called Middle Shenzhou. The east of Middle Shenzhou is the East China Sea, and the east of the East China Sea is the Eastern Shenzhou. To the east of the Eastern Shenzhou is the Sea of Death, and the back of the Sea of Death is unknown. The north of Zhongshenzhou across the Arctic Ocean is the Sun-Jiang Shenzhou, the north of the Sun-Jiang Shenzhou faces the Moon-Jiang Shenzhou across the Ziwu Sea, and the north of the Moon-Jiang Shenzhou is the Annihilation Shenzhou. To the west of the Central China is the Greater and Lesser Kunlun Region, to the north of the Kunlun Region is the Star Region China, to the west of the Star Region China is the Dark Sea, to the west of the Dark Sea is the Ling Shen State, and to the west of the Ling Shen State is the Ocean, whose name I don't know. To the south of Zhongshenzhou is Wuwang Forest, to the south of Wuwang Forest is Guixuyuan, and after Guixuyuan there are two states, the names of which are unknown to the world. Among the nine states, there are occasional contacts between Central China, Eastern China and Star Region China. Sun Festival China and Moon Festival China are interconnected. Spirit China and Star Region China are intertwined. Rumors about Annihilation China and the other two states are similar. No one knows.
