I Can't Find the Book I Asked for About World War II.

There is a book where the protagonist travels to Spain during World War II to join the International Brigades. In one of the plots, a reporter took a photo of the protagonist and posted it in the newspaper. And captioned a fighting International Brigade soldier. Can't find it.
