I Built the Underworld in a Psychiatric Hospital

(Spiritual qi revival + no System + plot-driven + whether there’s a female lead is up to you)

Fengshan Psychiatric Hospital is full of colorful characters.

Among its patients are people with severe delusions who claim to be the Ten Yama Kings, the Black and White Impermanence, and more…

With spiritual qi revival sweeping the world, who can say they don’t have a few mental issues?

Around here, you’d feel awkward greeting people if you weren’t sick.

Lu Ming takes a job as an intern doctor at the psychiatric hospital so he can care for his father, who’s a patient there.

He often feels out of place because he’s just too normal.

Until chaos draws near and all things awaken.

Lu Ming goes “mad,” too.
