[One Piece + No System + Development-Focused + Builds His Own Fleet]

Xiamu transmigrates to the world of One Piece.

Because he had a screw loose, he insulted the System and drove it away from the start.

From then on, the Red Line had one fewer transmigrator,

and one more Paramecia Jet Fruit User.

Garp: This Xiamu is just a little too strong!

Big News Morgans: Xiamu's strength has already far surpassed the Supernovas. We need to come up with another title for him.

Jack the Drought: So this is the new Emperor of the Sea? Bring the ship alongside!

Xiamu: No, I just wanted to be a navigator. Why does my bounty keep going up every day?!
