"Diary of a Villain":
In a city occupied by foreign troops, due to food shortages, people's lives were difficult. A young woman had to take her twin sons to seek refuge with their mother who lived in the countryside. The young soul is burdened with pain, and has never even felt the emotion of pain. However, it is this ignorance and innocence that creates the most terrifying aspect of this book. The extortion bit by bit with a child-like pure tone is extremely cruel, even painful. The environment is so bad. Instead of resisting when others beat them for no reason, they turn inward... Some of my words and some of my thoughts were eroded by this book. I read it in sixth grade and it affected all aspects of me. I gritted my teeth and pursed my lips and said it didn't hurt. I would rather torture myself than point the finger at the outside world. This is not toughness. This is a variant derived from toughness. It is deeper than toughness, but more twisted than toughness. The whole book is like this.
I will definitely buy a physical book if I have the chance, it is my favorite book. I am a person who rarely reads. Although this book does not have beautiful words or famous sayings, I have firmly planted the characteristics of the two brothers in my brain - always unyielding and always tenacious.
This book made me feel the cruelty of war and the complexity of human nature. The twins in the book survived in a difficult environment. Their experiences reminded me of the difficulties I encountered in life, and also made me cherish my current life more.
