A pest outbreak has struck the garbage dump in the Xia Luo System. An investigation revealed that these were no ordinary bugs: they had developed an advanced civilization. Gamma rays that suddenly irradiated the dump two hundred years ago triggered an information explosion in their world, bringing their civilization to a whole new level. The Xia Luo System Administration decided to develop artificial intelligence at the dump, but the bugs faced two very different possible futures. If their world adopted a system managed by bugs and robots together, the dump would be renamed Baiyu Star, and the bugs would be recognized by the Xia Luo System as the people of Baiyu Star. Otherwise, the Xia Luo System would take control of the artificial intelligence, and the bugs would be wiped out completely.
