The Barren Dao

Ten thousand years of wandering end the long night; through the ages, he commands the wilds and protects his beloved.

Wen masters the Dao, defies fate in the wilderness; Jiu Yi Qi enters the nine cycles of reincarnation.

The Heavenly Emperor is reborn, yet has no idea why he died. Wen Qi rises again and leads a few ridiculous followers in a fight back to the Nine Heavens and Ten Lands.

“What? Brother Qi told you to die, and you still dare to breathe?”

“I’ve undergone nirvana and been reborn. I’m not who I used to be.”

“You dropped your spirit stone.”

“Hand it over, you little punk.”

“Rest assured, Brother Qi is a man of principle...”

“I let you leave. It’s just that you don’t like the way I’m letting you go...”
