The Tearful Catgirl

What kind of response should a story get? What should I do, and how can I make myself matter? I reached the point where I thought I might as well give everything up, but I couldn't give up on my own life. Then a game became reality. I don't know if things really work this way, but now people have a chance to come back to life, as long as they don't die of old age. The protagonist, Asaba, is determined to live an ordinary life, yet can't let go of games and has thoughts of his own about them. He may not be anything extraordinary, but he still has to set out on a journey to save the world, or perhaps to save his own life. What can you do after you die? He wants to become a demon, but can't help reaching out to someone with tear-streaked cheeks. He likes sad people, though it feels strange. Maybe people would think someone like that was weird. Playing games with no goal? Should he take a break? Or maybe look for another exploit?
