Shi Yin is a half-demon. After working hard to get into the Demon Administration Bureau, she is assigned to handle serious incidents caused by spirits disrupting human society.
She has a secret: she once had a human boyfriend, but things between them ended without ever going anywhere.
Ji Huai has the blood of an ancient divine beast and is the aloof heartthrob of the bureau. He has three rules: he doesn’t meddle in other people’s business, he keeps his distance from women, and he dislikes half-demons!
Yet when he sees Shi Yin in her original form at the bureau’s entrance, he recognizes her as a half-demon at a glance and carries her inside.
After getting drunk and accidentally kissing Shi Yin, he even murmurs in a vulnerable voice, “Why don’t you remember me?”
Shi Yin, who seems to have earned herself the reputation of a heartless woman: “???”
