Arrival in the Wasteland: There’s Something Special About My Shelter

The subject matter is quite good, a wasteland novel. The shortcoming is that it is too egalitarian. It feels like the "shelter" is public and the employees are hired. They give money for houses and explain everything to the employees! (Take in refugees, provide food, provide housing, and pay wages? And bonuses!) This kind of treatment is not available in reality! Is there any contact information? I want to be a refugee! Retreat first!

Those who say this book is a saint are probably not a bunch of sophisticated egoists.
