I saw this story on "Science Fiction World" before, and I really liked the communication between the protagonist and San Haicao, from "colleagues" to close friends, from hiding suspicions from each other to talking about everything. I also hope to find people like them.
The plot of this book is very tight and engaging! I like the character of Mahit in the book. She shows strength and wisdom in complex political maneuvers. The setting of the empire in the story is very interesting, and the depiction of the star map is also impressive. Looking forward to seeing how Mahit turns the tide in this difficult situation!
