I Am Voldemort

Tentacles like an octopus’s sprouted in clusters from Its body, intertwining and writhing. Its oval mouth hung slack, and It was blind and mindless. Strange, outward-radiating folds were etched into Its brain, like some absurd history of the Roman revival. Its sea-green head had hardened into a horned monstrosity, while thunder roared behind it like a giant serpent.

Furry giant worms burrowed back and forth through the four corners of the tarot card, bearing strange spiral shells engraved with the forms of mollusks from ten thousand years ago. Black spots devoured them.

Riddle struggled to his feet, quickly grabbed the wand from the table, pointed it at his forehead, and roared, “Avada! (Avada, )”

(This book contains some Cthulhu elements, though it probably doesn’t count as Cthulhu fiction. [Probably not, right? The Cthulhu Mythos is pretty complicated, and the author’s not clever enough to know much about it. Hopefully readers can point things out later.])

(This book has no female lead. The female characters and supporting female characters introduced early on will mostly be killed off later. If any survive, they won’t end up with the protagonist.)

(Some countries and place names in this work are fictional, while others are real. Everything mentioned is made up and does not represent the author’s personal views.)

(Will this be a story about turning from evil to even greater evil, or from evil to good? Even the author hasn’t decided yet. Keep reading and see where the plot goes, hehe.)
