Late Ming: The Imperial Uncle Asks, 'Why Is Your Majesty Plotting a Rebellion?'

Zhu Junbi: I’m the eighth-generation descendant of the Jianwen Emperor. The Ming is about to fall. How can I just sit back and do nothing?

Since Zhu Di’s descendants can’t get their act together, I’ll do it myself.

What would you do without me? What would become of the realm? Your Majesty, why the rebellion…

Dorgon’s confession: Two imperial uncles serving as regents, pitted against each other? My Great Qing will surely defeat the Southern Ming! Why was Dorgon born if Zhu Junbi was destined to be born too? Yuer, don’t worry. With me, Dorgon, at the helm, our Great Qing is bound to win!
