Civilization War: Starting with the Empress’s Rebirth

Blue Star is running out of resources, and just as civilization is on the brink of collapse, a battlefield for national warfare appears. Countries across Blue Star are assigned participants at random based on their territory, with each sending between one and one hundred contestants to fight. Every piece of land they occupy increases their country’s territory by an equal amount. (War and conquest, no fantasy, no cultivation.)
