The Fourth Book by Decad

After the third war between humans and monsters, most of the monsters, including Sans, were on the brink of death. Papyrus appeared with a large number of human souls and saved them.

Frisk was the first human, and might also be the last.

Each monster on the brink of death had seven human souls, but most of their power was devoted to keeping them alive.
