TCM Health Books
Family members, I'm begging for books on Chinese medicine. Do you have any recommendations?
After Reading This, I Can Become Half a Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
I would like to read a book similar to "Energy Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine". It's not a novel, it's just a systematic analysis of Chinese medicine from ancient times to the present. Those with a certain medical foundation will definitely gain a lot!
Traditional Chinese Medicine. Please buy some books on traditional Chinese medicine. It would be best if there are some real things in the books, and there should not be the kind of children's literature where the supporting characters reduce their intelligence and the protagonists pretend to be cool.

I want to read a book similar to "The Food of the World". Reason for recommendation: As the title of the book says, reading the entire personal state will make you feel full! Must-remember the golden saying: "What really matters is your gaze, not what you see in front of you."

Among the Top Three Books on Tomato Miracle Medicine, Which One Is Number One?
I want to read a book similar to "Fool, Don't Worry". Feel free to recommend a new book, waiting for your answer!

This wooden book is so good. Teacher Qu explains it in simple terms and is easy to understand. At the same time, I lament that Teacher Qu is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. He is really a model of Chinese medicine.
Thanks to Teacher Qu for teaching and sharing, and thanks to Tomato for including such a good book.
I am grateful to Mr. Qu Limin for his detailed lectures on febrile diseases, to the sage medical sage Zhang Zhongjing, and to Tomato for including such a good book. The explanation is based on the Huangdi Neijing, combined with the argument of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, supplemented by the dialectical analysis of the classic prescriptions, the annotation and compatibility of the medicinal properties and the in-depth study and judgment of the symptoms, so that people can clearly understand the reason! Great, so good! I have listened to several of Mr. Qu Limin's works and I am sure I need to buy books to study better.
Master Qu, alongside Master Ni, has contributed a lot to the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine. Hearing your words is like enlightenment. He is not for fame and fortune, speaks the truth, is not flattery, is not coquettish, is not arrogant, and deserves to be worthy of heaven and earth.
Teacher Qu spreads Chinese culture and teaches in-depth knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine. Contribute to the spread of ancient Chinese literature! Human beings not only need to develop and study new things, but they must also not lose the ancient Chinese culture essence and knowledge developed by their ancestors. Only by coherence can we systematically and deeply grasp the comprehensive Chinese medical culture!
Teacher Qu's lectures are good and easy to understand. I really enjoyed reading Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
Mr. Qu's theory of typhoid fever was very good and down-to-earth. I listened and read it once, and I had some impressions. I could understand it a little bit the second time. After the third time, I focused on the discomfort, pain and itching in my body and practiced it personally, but I was still confused. I studied the "Nei Jing" with Mr. Qu again and listened to the Nei Jing three times. I seemed to understand it but not quite. I had some concepts. When I looked back at Treatise on Febrile Diseases, my understanding was different. I suggest that novices like me read more of these books when they have free time, first read the Nei Jing, then read Treatise on Febrile Diseases, then go back to Yiyi, read and understand it over and over again, and then you will understand something. This year I spent six months focusing on studying Nei Jing and Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and I feel like I have just started recently. Reading books is really good, and it is more important to read good books and choose a good teacher.
When I was reading about it, I felt like I had read what I thought was a symbolic book about traditional Chinese medicine. After watching it repeatedly, I like to be immersed in it. The article is straightforward, without beating around the bush, showing off knowledge, and is really full of great wisdom.
Teacher Qu Limin's book is well written and the principles are explained clearly at a glance. Learning Chinese medicine is very important. Reviving Chinese medicine and once again playing its great role will be a great thing for every one of us. People's health is the most important thing. Don't wait until you lose it before regretting it.
This book explains Zhang Zhongjing's "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" in easy-to-understand language, and analyzes and explains the causes and treatments of common diseases. It has been of great help to people like me who have always been weak and had no way to seek medical treatment, so I was forced to learn Chinese medicine on my own. At the same time, I also came to a clear understanding: TCM medical principles and prescriptions are actually very powerful, but good TCM doctors are really hard to find. Teacher Qu told us: Seeing a doctor is not simply asking for medicine and prescriptions. Only by studying the classics of traditional Chinese medicine to the greatest extent and mastering the theories of traditional Chinese medicine can we save ourselves and not panic when the disease comes. I'm going to watch it a second time.
Teacher Qu's lecture was great and pointed out the direction for those who like Chinese medicine. Thank you very much!
Teacher Qu's lectures are very detailed and easy to understand. I just finished studying the Emperor's Internal Classics that you taught. I really enjoyed listening to your lectures and benefited a lot! Now I am more and more interested in Chinese medicine! I hope to have the opportunity to meet Teacher Qu! I also hope to meet more TCM enthusiasts and learn and discuss TCM knowledge together.
It's so beautiful. If you learn some knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine and health care, you can really prescribe your own medicine [laughing]
Teacher Qu's lectures are really good and easy to understand. Thank you, Teacher Qu. How can I contact Teacher Qu? I hope to meet him [Like][Like][Like]
It is a book worth reading over and over again. Common diseases are basically covered in it, and the prescriptions and dosages are also given. I really benefited a lot from reading it. Teacher Qu is so loving, and selflessly teaches us such good things in easy-to-understand words. Thank you again, Teacher Qu!
Teacher Qu Limin's interpretation of the classics is simple and clear, and can be understood by ordinary people. It is worth reading and giving the teacher a thumbs up!
Teacher Qu's teachings are really good. Without a good teacher, it would be difficult for ordinary people like us to understand these classics. Teacher Qu is truly a living Bodhisattva. It's really not an exaggeration to say that. The one who can save the world is the Bodhisattva and the savior. Thumbs up for Teacher Qu [Like]
It's true and reliable, and I benefit a lot from reading it. It adds that the ancients' treatment of human diseases was full of love and persistence for life and things (medicinal properties). It is the collective wisdom and crystallization of working people of all ages. All sons and daughters of the Chinese nation have the obligation and responsibility to promote Chinese medicine and culture, carry forward the nation's treasures, take them from the people and use them for the people, serve the people, and work harder for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!
It simplifies the complex and makes it easy to understand. It is really insightful and worth learning again and again.
Well-spoken, thorough analysis, non-obsessive, impartial and tolerant.
Teacher Qu is very loving. He uses language that the common people can understand and combines his knowledge of more than 30 years to clearly explain the theory of febrile diseases and the treatment mechanism and doubts that ordinary people have. I also plan to buy a physical book to read at home.
Teacher Qu's explanation of Treatise on Febrile Diseases is very thorough. I haven't bought Teacher Qu's explanation of the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic yet. The language is humorous and I like it very much.
It's so exciting, I benefited a lot from listening to it.
A very good book. After listening to it a few times, I followed the heavy moxibustion on Zhongwan and Guanyuan mentioned above, and my stomach problems were cured after many years. Thank you very much🙏🙏Teacher Qu
Easy to understand, listen to it several times and benefit a lot
I like to listen to the Huangdi Neijing. To maintain health, you must understand some Chinese medicine theory. Only by listening more and learning and applying it can it be effective. [Praise]
Easy to understand and explain the profound things in a simple way. It is worthy of promotion and inheritance.
This book is very good! The author Qu Limin interprets "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" in an easy-to-understand way, making it easier for us to understand traditional Chinese medicine classics. What she mentioned about "the principles of the Nei Jing and the prescriptions for typhoid fever" is very enlightening. I think this book is somewhat similar to the series "Qu Li Min Jing Lectures on the Yellow Emperor's Internal Medicine", both of which can give people a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese medicine. Moreover, there are no characters that I dislike in the book. They are all about spreading knowledge~ In short, I highly recommend this book!
I am grateful for the teacher's teaching. What he said is so good and easy to understand. I have read the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and Meditations on Life. I have read them carefully many times. I hope to have the opportunity to learn from the teacher. I have received the teacher's great love. I will also recommend more people to read the teacher's books. Thank you, Teacher Qu [Love]
A great doctor in Chinese medicine, a good doctor who really cares about people's health, and a good person who has a safe life.
