Snow Falls on Dongchuan

Set against the 2005 National Copper Reserve incident, Snow Falls on Dongchuan tells the story of a gripping financial battle. It celebrates a generation who shouldered the mission of building China into a copper powerhouse, remained true to their original purpose, dared to lead the way, and gave their youth to the glorious history of the republic. They passed down the enduring spirit of copper and kept the copper capital young. The novel also exposes the corruption and darkness of the futures industry. Snow Falls on Dongchuan seeks to honor the spirit of copper, preserve it in the historical record, and share it with the public, so that it may become a great spiritual force propelling the Chinese people forward and a lasting record of history.
