As a fake eunuch in the imperial harem, Xiao Guizi has a face that could launch a thousand ships, a paycheck that vanishes every month, and people holding her life in their hands. Talk about stress!
After giving it some serious thought, Xiao Guizi decided that being a eunuch was actually a career with great prospects. The key was picking the right master, and then everything would fall into place. When he became crown prince, she was the chief eunuch of the Crown Prince's residence. When he became emperor, she was the chief eunuch of the imperial palace. Even when the emperor was replaced, she remained the chief eunuch.
Who says you can't have brains and beauty? What nonsense!
Her father gave her that stunning face, so she'd use her brains to make waves in the imperial harem!
