The Divine Farmer Returns from the Immortal Realm

Ten years ago, riddled with illness and unwilling to burden his family, he chose to jump from a high mountain. By a twist of fate, however, Shennong took him away to the Heavenly Court. There, he spent his days growing vegetables and raising spirit beasts. Ten years later, missing his parents, he deliberately caused trouble and returned to the countryside with the skills he had learned in the Heavenly Court. Step by step, he built a prosperous life and became the stuff of legend as a new Shennong.
