This book gave me a deeper understanding of Chinese martial arts, and also reminded me of my friends who like martial arts. The various martial arts techniques and cultural connotations introduced in the book are very interesting. However, I kind of hate people who use unfair means in martial arts competitions, they go against the spirit of martial arts. Overall, this is a great book worth reading!
