This book is an interesting account of the lives and evolution of our ancestors. I particularly like the character "Youchao". He invented the "nest made of wood" to give people a safe place to live. This reminds me of my grandfather. When he was young, he was also an observant and hands-on person. He would make some daily necessities by himself, which is very similar to the invention of "Youchao". Reading this book also made me understand more about the long history of our Chinese nation.
