Ships, commonly known as warships, refer to naval vessels equipped with weapons and equipment that can perform combat missions in the ocean. They are the main equipment of the navy. Ships are mainly used for maritime mobile operations, conducting strategic nuclear raids, protecting one's own or destroying enemy sea lines of communication, conducting blockades or counter-blockades, participating in landing or anti-landing operations, and undertaking support services such as maritime supply, transportation, repair, life-saving, medical care, reconnaissance, investigation, surveying, engineering and testing. An aircraft carrier, referred to as an aircraft carrier, is a warship that can provide takeoff and landing for military aircraft. A modern aircraft carrier is a large surface ship with carrier-based aircraft as its main combat weapon. It has become a high-tech and intensive military system project. An aircraft carrier is generally the core ship of an aircraft carrier fleet, and sometimes serves as the flagship of an aircraft carrier fleet, with other ships in the fleet providing protection and supply.
