This book is very practical! The external prescriptions in it are all carefully selected, and the author's writing style is also very simple and easy to understand. And I especially like the detailed introduction of various diseases in the book, but I kind of hate the complicated names of Chinese medicines, which are very difficult to read. Overall, this is a good book worth recommending!
