It has led to the rapid development of various other construction technologies; at the same time, with the continuous improvement of people's material and cultural living standards, the requirements for bedroom building decoration and functional functions are getting higher and higher. More new and environmentally friendly decorative materials are also widely used in modern buildings, which has also driven the progress and development of science and technology in the entire construction industry to a large extent. Practice has proved that as a "new force" in the field of construction engineering, the promotion and application of the "four new" technologies have achieved good social and economic benefits in saving building materials, accelerating project progress, ensuring project quality, and reducing project costs. The Ministry of Construction and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly issued and implemented the "Unified Standards for Quality Acceptance of Construction Projects" (GB 50300-2001) series of construction quality acceptance specifications, which unified the acceptance methods, quality standards and procedures for construction quality of construction projects, forming a new project quality acceptance specification system, which played a great role in strengthening the quality acceptance management of construction projects.
