The author clearly explains the nutritional needs and feeding knowledge of infants and young children at each stage, and also designs the best nutrition plan for different stages, which is really beneficial. I think it is somewhat similar to the "Cui Yutao Natural Parenting Method", both of which provide help for the healthy growth of babies. However, I especially hate those irresponsible parents who still feed their children random things even though they have such good books to learn from. I hope they can all read this book.
