Inner Mongolia, referred to as "Mongolia", is located on the northern border of the People's Republic of China, close to Beijing and Tianjin. It borders Mongolia and the Russian Federation to the north, with a 4,200-kilometer border. Inner Mongolia accounts for 12.3% Of my country's land area and is the third largest province in my country. The area under its jurisdiction spans the three major regions of Northeast China, North China, and Northwest my country, and is adjacent to 8 provinces and regions including Heilongjiang in the east, south, and west. It is one of the provincial-level administrative regions with the most neighboring provinces in my country. Inner Mongolia is located in the interior of the Eurasian continent. Its capital is Hohhot. It currently governs 9 prefecture-level cities and 3 leagues. There are mainly 49 ethnic groups including Han, Mongolian, Manchu, Hui, Daur, and Ewenki distributed throughout the territory. It is one of the five ethnic minority autonomous regions in my country.

The book introduces Inner Mongolia's geographical location, national culture, etc., With rich and colorful content. I especially like the description of the grassland in the book: "Under the blue sky and white clouds, the endless grassland is like a green ocean, and the sheep are floating like clouds." It makes me full of yearning for that land. Moreover, I also learned a lot about the traditional Mongolian culture, which I found very interesting.
After reading this article, I have a more detailed understanding of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
