Melody of Fate

On this continent, some people possess a special kind of "blood". Through their eyes, this blood allows them to control people who don't possess it. They later put this "blood" to full use, waging wars everywhere and establishing their rule, before declaring themselves the "Divine Clan." They appointed the five families who had fought alongside them as lords, also known as nobles, to govern the people. Meanwhile, after a series of upheavals, a young member of the Divine Clan came up with the idea of defeating its leader. Along the way, he found a group of friends, gained their support, and embarked with them on an adventure of their own. Light novel
