This book is really great! The author Li Hong has done in-depth research on cold dishes. Every dish in the book has detailed recipes and unique seasoning techniques. When I saw the spinach with sesame sauce introduced in the book, it reminded me of the salad dish my mother made. The taste is exactly the same!
