Online Gaming: My Army of Pets

Ye Heng was a player who made his living grinding for loot. In the latest virtual game, Infinite Dimensions, he obtained a spirit beast pouch, a treasure granted by an immortal fated encounter that let him bring several pets into battle. Then he changed class to Beast Tamer, making the most of the item’s abilities.

In the Nationalist-era expansion, he helped Uncle Jiu fight zombies. In the late Qing expansion, he performed a lion dance with Huang Feihong. In the Ming expansion, he went into business with Shen Wansan.

In the Yuan dynasty, he chased down Mongols and beat them senseless. In the Song dynasty, he tackled a dungeon with more bosses than any other. There were 108 bosses. Do you have any idea how long that takes?

In the Strange Tales of Liaozhai dungeon, he battled bizarre demons and monsters.

In the Tang dynasty, he stripped Empress Wu Zetian, because a wealthy female player was offering a hundred thousand for the outfit. He also tagged along with Sanzang on a trip to India.

The Sui, the Three Kingdoms, the mighty Han. Qin, the Warring States. In the Shang and Zhou eras, he cleared the Investiture of the Gods dungeon. In the Great Xia, he forged the Dragon Sparrow Saber for humanity. At last, he arrived in the primordial wilderness. The scenery here was amazing. Look at that rabbit: it’s bigger than a person!

The game is set in an infinite world, with each dynasty’s dungeons based on TV and film from that era. In the end, Ye Heng used his pets to make a fortune grinding for loot. The author can’t write romance, so there’s no female lead, only the leader of a girl group.

I can’t write romance, so there’s no female lead.

No nonsense, please.
