Mei Li sneaks into her enemy's villa to search for evidence that her parents were framed years ago. Suddenly, an alluring male voice sounds behind her: "Miss, need a hand?"
And so begins the entanglement between Miss Phantom Thief and Mr. Vampire. Eugene is Mei Li's sworn enemy on her road to revenge, since he's her nemesis's bodyguard. Like children, the two constantly play all sorts of childish pranks on each other, and thoroughly enjoy it.
With her revenge complete, Eugene has to return to his own world. At last, they realize they've fallen in love, and can't bear to part. But would Eugene really leave Mei Li all alone? Of course not. In the end, they roam the world together!
