Forty-six friends of the Sui and Tang Dynasty became sworn brothers in Wagang Village in Jiajialou (also known as Jialiu Tower). Their righteousness was so great that they first gathered in Wagang Village to fight against the Sui Dynasty. They were first led by Cheng Yaojin and then by Li Mi. Later, all of them returned to the Tang Dynasty and served under Li Shimin, but Li Mi rebelled against the Tang Dynasty and was executed. After Li Shimin, everyone worked together to assist Tang Taizong in creating the "Government of Zhenguan".
