This book is very practical! It provides many speaking skills, which is especially helpful for couriers like me who need to communicate with people frequently. I liked the part about how to overcome shyness and stage fright the most. I found it very useful. Reminds me of the book "Nonviolent Communication", both of which emphasize the importance of effective communication. Moreover, this book also mentions that "socializing is the ability that successful people acquire through the training of life." This reminds me of the views in "Human Weaknesses". We do need some sophistication and experience in interacting with others. All in all, I think this is a book worth reading.
